Shipping Policy –
We show you the available inventory “LIVE” in our web store so you can expect items “in stock” to be delivered promptly. You will also see the “availability date” on those items not in stock. Although we do our best to maintain an accurate inventory count for our web store and retail store, there are occasions when you order an “in stock” item on the internet that is “out of stock”. We will contact you and let you know when to expect shipment or give you an option to cancel, exchange, etc. if this occurs.
Bead it! does not offer COD shipping and currently, we only ship within the United States.
USPS and UPS rate prices are quoted upon checkout before payment information is taken.
Please note that customers local to our store may elect the “Pickup at Store” option as a shipment option.
Payment Methods –
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal when purchasing in our web store, Web orders paid using check or money order will be held until payment clears. In our retail store we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Cash and Checks.
Special Orders –
We occasionally get requests to order or locate special items that we normally do not carry. Please contact us and we’ll research the item and determine availability and price. Special orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
Customer Satisfaction -
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If we make a mistake on your order or you receive a defective item, we will apologize and allow you to return the item for a full credit, replacement or exchange and we will absorb all shipping charges.
If your order was properly completed and the item is not defective, we will accept returns for 60 days from the date of the original purchase with prior return approval. Upon return approval and receipt of the return merchandise, Bead it! will process a full refund of your purchase; however, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Customers must ship the returned goods in the same or similar packaging and using the same shipment method as was originally used in the order. Returned products must be received in the same condition as originally shipped and in the original container or package. Pearl, stone, glass and any product sold on strands must be intact, not cut or broken and contain their Bead it! product tag.
No returns can be accepted after 60 days from the original purchase.
All sales items and publications (books, magazines and DVDs) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
